Uses:

2) Corrosion protection for ballast tank, crude oil tank, fuel oil tank, sewage tank.
3) For drinking water tank and fresh water tank in ships; containers, tanks, pipes and inner walls of warehouses in beer, beverage, pharmaceutical and tap water industries.
4) Floorings in warehouses, engine rooms, and workshops.
Composition: Composed of chlorinated rubber, pigments, plasticizer, additives and solvents.
Characteristics:
1) Fast dry, recoatable after 5-6 hr at ambient temperature.
2) No limitation for application temperature, can be applied at -20℃~+50℃.
3) Easy application with various application methods as it is usually a 1K system.
4) Easy for thick film application. It is easy to reach the required film thickness when the high-build chlorinated paint is applied by high-pressure airless spray.
5) Good durability, little changes of the film after long-term service.
6) Good corrosion protective properties. Chlorinated rubber is a inert resin, which shows lower water and oxygen permeability and good resistance to alkali, salt fog, acid, water, oxidant, corrosive gases and good weatherability.
7) Easy maintenance.
8) Good anti fungi and fire retardant properties because of high chlorine content.
9) Good adhesion with proper primers.
Uses: Used as top coatings for ships, containers, harbor machinery, and various steel structures and concrete.
Alkyd coatings consists of refined vegetable oil modified alkyd resin, pigments, driers, dispersants and solvents. The gloss, hardness and durability of the alkyd top coatings are superior to the oleoresin coatings. It also shows good decoration performance, adhesion and mechanical properties, and can be dried at ambient temperature or lower baking temperature. It provides good compatibility and adhesion with primers and can be used for outdoors steel structures, wood, and superstructures on ships.
The Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene coatings consists of chlorosulfonated polyethylene accelerator, and solvents. It is a two-component system (A and B); component B is generally a curing agent. The aluminum top coatings is a three-component system. The micaceous iron oxide primer shows good rust proof property, and paint film has good mechanical performance, fast dry, low temperature application, easy application. The top coat shows excellent weatherability and excellent resistances to acids, alkali and salts, and resistances to water, oils, heat, cold weather, and the aluminum coatings also show good radiation resistance. The paint film features good mechanical property, elasticity, and resistance to abrasion and cracking. The paint is dried fast and can be applied at low temperature. It has been widely used for chemical atmospheric corrosion protection of industry constructions, concrete walls, steel structures, pipes, storages, tanks; the interior and exterior linings of urea and ammonia pellet production towers, floorings; the surfaces of buildings, facilities, and oil tanks in petroleum, oil refinery and chemical industry; top coat for oil transportation pipes and tanks.
Lanling polyurethane coatings are based on polyisocyanates and polyester polymers, which are modified with special resin, to formulate high performance polyurethane corrosion protective coatings. It is divided into three categories: varnish, primer and top coatings, which are all 2K systems. Component A is a hydroxyl containing resin, incorporated with pigments and fillers in primers or pigmented coatings; component B is the polyisocyanate prepolymer hardener. The high build polyurethane heavy-duty coatings shows excellent comprehensive performance: good weatherability, decoration and gloss and color retention. The coatings film is featured by its good resistances to oils, water, boiling water, seawater, acids, and alkali, and heat resistance (up to 160℃); good adhesion (hard and tough), abrasion, and fast dry. It can be applied even at humid environment. It can be blended with various resins to form a variety of multifunctional coatings to meet various application requirements. This coatings has been widely used for protection on steel structures, aluminum alloys, underground pipes, gas pipes, oil tanks, storage tanks, machinery, electric motors, ships, bridges, harbors, rubbers, and concrete.
Composition: Consists of acrylic resins, plasticizer, thixotropic agent, anti-settlement agent, pigments and fillers, and solvents. It dries by evaporation of the solvents.
Advantages:
1) Excellent weatherability, outdoor durability is far superior to nitrocellulose, alkyds and vinyl coatings products.
2) Excellent color and gloss retention under UV light, water white color, semigloss.
3) Good resistances to chemicals, water, seawater, mineral oils, and other oils.
4) Good adhesion with proper primers, recoatable.
5) Good abrasion and scratch resistance.
Uses: Used as top coatings for top sides, water lines, and superstructures of ships; as protective top coatings for other metal structures and concrete; also can be used as water line refinish.
The high-chlorinated polyethylene coatings consists of high-chlorinated polyethylene, synthetic resin, plasticizer, pigments, additives and solvents. The aluminum type is a 2K system and the others are 1K systems. This coatings shows excellent weatherability, industrial corrosion protection, and resistances to acids, alkali, and salts. The coatings film dries quickly, and features good color and gloss retentions, good mechanical properties, and brilliant colors, which are suitable for corrosion protection indoor or outdoor steel structures, and concrete.
Composition: Consists of silicone resin, special additives, heat resistant and anticorrosive pigments, and curing agents. The grades of 250℃and 400℃ are 2K systems, and the grade 500℃ is a 3K system.
Advantages:
1) Excellent adhesion between primer and topcoat;
2) Air dry and fast dry;
3) Excellent corrosion and chemical atmosphere protection;
4) Good weather, water and moisture resistance;
5) Good decorative and electric insulation properties.
Uses: Used for exterior protection of hot air oven and furnace; also can be used for protection of chimney, fume pipes, exhausters, hot air pipes, heating ovens, heat exchangers, etc.
Phenolic coatings consists of refined dry oils, modified phenolic resin, antirust pigments, solvents and driers.
The phenolic coatings features fast dry, hard and glossy films, and good water resistance. It can be used for antirust primer of ships above waterlines. Phenolic coatings also shows resistances to chemicals and good insulation; the top coatings features light fast, abrasion and wet/dry alternation resistance.
Composition: Consists of partly hydrolyzed alkyl silicate solution, ultra-fine zinc powder, thickener, fillers, additives and solvents, which is a two-component system.
Characteristics:
1) Fast dry
It can be dried within 5 min. when sprayed on production line. The film has good mechanical property.
2) Weatherability and corrosion protection
It provides inorganic zinc electrochemical protection, and can be last for 6-12 months if film thickness around 20 μm.
3) Used for various production lines
The inorganic zinc shop primer can be applied at ambient temperature or gentle heating condition, which is suitable to the different climates in China and various facilities in different factories.
4) Weld Ability and Heat Resistance
No affecting on welding process and quality when welded, and good heat resistance and small damage area during heat process.
